Yes! We have limited availability, but SOME availability. Please fill out the Special Event Request Form and submit it to request a date.
No, unless you have a service animal (which doesn’t really qualify as a pet).
Good question! Two organizations at the Depot currently offer free admission and are generally unstaffed exhibits: The Duluth Art Institute and The St. Louis County Historical Society.
The Duluth Playhouse and Underground Theater offer shows, camps, and workshops, and tickets can be purchased here.
The North Shore Scenic Railroad has train rides and special events for sale, and tickets can be purchased here.
The Lake Superior Railroad Museum requires admission for its many historic exhibits and attractions. Tickets can be purchased along with train tickets here or at the time of your visit.
So basically three floors of the Depot are FREE to experience…
$5 donations (per person) suggested and very much appreciated.
No. But the Train Museum is in the Depot, as are several other tenant organizations. The Depot is actually owned and operated by St. Louis County, as we support community organizations that engage our public in recreational, educational, and cultural activities, and we think the Depot is the perfect hub to make it happen!
