The Depot has been a part of our community here in Duluth and St. Louis County for well over 100 years. We have hosted Duluth Superior Pride, Mayoral State-of-the-Cities, charity events, arts events, and many private events in our Great Hall.
Part of our goal is to be a warm, beautiful, and inspiring space for all our guests, and we welcome you!

The St. Louis County Depot has rentable space! We offer room for small-to-medium sized gatherings in unique spaces right in the heart of Duluth’s Downtown and adjacent to the waterfront.
Boardroom/Classroom/ Rehearsal Spaces Available
The boardroom has Wifi, large monitor and teleconference technologies. You may bring in ready to eat food and beverage.
Rates: $50/hour, minimum of one hour.
The Great Hall
The Great Hall is a large, open space with spectacular 80-foot ceilings, original terracotta flooring, two original fireplaces, a portico entrance, and architectural details abounding! It is a wonderful space for community events, fundraisers, special exhibits, speakers, and educational seminars. The Great Hall has tables and chairs for up to 200 people, a small, private preparation space with sinks and NSF tables and refrigeration, and two adjoining hallways for check-ins, merchandise, or guest spillover. Events hosted during open hours must be open to the public to participate. If you think your event would be a good fit for the Great Hall, please fill out a Special Event Request Form and submit it to the email address listed on the form.
